Trying to sell vacation homes

My most pressing issue in real estate is getting buyers to make the offer. Selling vacation homes is hard right now – my buyers think prices are going to get lower and they are not motivated! They are making low offers and then moving on to another house and making a low offer but the sellers aren’t jumping like the buyers think they should.
