Phil, Excellent addition to the blog. Information we all need and we should take to heart. The gentleman is correct in real terms thier has never been a bettter time ot invest in real estate. I believe this turn down to be the same as past turn downs, the salesperson that has worked hard at being the best they can be, treat thier customers well and always have apositive attitude and a great work ethic will rise above all the rest.

Stay focused and posaitive and know that I am hear for you.

Great question..The HomeBuyers Tutorial CD that was given to you by Marylyn was a Demo CD, the only thing you can do is preview what the CD does.
If you would like to create your own Buyer Presentation CDs you will need to purchase the user name and pass code. Being a student your cost is $125.00.
You will receive an email from me, pop your Demo CD back in to your computer, enter the user name and pass code I give you and the CD will unlock the rest of the program, so you can start making changes and burning CD’s for distribution.

Just had to say one more time what a great session it was today…couldn’t have needed it more. I have 8 listings right now in my short little career and hardly a phone call. Was starting to feel a bit helpless and was, well, just starting to feel a bit sorry for myself. No time for that in this industry. Last night I made a conscious effort that I would wake up the next day with a changed attitude and approach to everything. I thought it was so great that today’s session was on attitude and time management…it just solidified everything I was thinking and gave me incredible amunition!!
And by the end of today I have a client who will likely write on an acreage and therefore list two of their properties (one is a rental – they need the money out to buy the acreage), tomorrow I will be writing an offer that would result in double ending one of my listings, another listing coming up next week and a second showing with some buyers tomorrow night. It’s amazing what a shift in attitude can do!! Doors just seem to open up in front of your eyes!!

Thank you so much for making this such a significant part of the program…it’s invaluable. I’ve learned hard and quick that you can have all the information in the world but if you don’t have a personality or the right attitude you are not likelyl to go far…and I would love to go FAR!!!
