I believe this turn down to be the same as past turn downs, the salesperson that has worked hard at being the best they can be, treat thier customers well and always have apositive attitude and a great work ethic will rise above all the rest. I have 8 listings right now in my short little career and hardly a phone call. Was starting to feel a bit helpless and was, well, just starting to feel a bit sorry for myself. No time for that in this industry. Last night I made a conscious effort that I would wake up the next day with a changed attitude and approach to everything. I thought it was so great that today's session was on attitude and time management...it just solidified everything I was thinking and gave me incredible amunition!! And by the end of today I have a client who will likely write on an acreage and therefore list two of their properties (one is a rental - they need the money out to buy the acreage), tomorrow I will be writing an offer that would result in double ending one of my listings, another listing coming up next week and a second showing with some buyers tomorrow night. It's amazing what a shift in attitude can do!! Doors just seem to open up in front of your eyes!! Thank you so much for making this such a significant part of the program...it's invaluable. I've learned hard and quick that you can have all the information in the world but if you don't have a personality or the right attitude you are not likelyl to go far...and I would love to go FAR!!!
