Leader's Choice Blog

Hello, I wanted to not only do “my assignment” for Session Six but also, provide a ‘success story’ for Leader’s Choice, as it has been a huge benefit for me and I am truly grateful to Mark, Reece & Nichols, the team (Leader’s Achievers, Team A) and all those involved. 

I had been out of the business for almost three years, I needed a jump start and Leader’s Choice was the right choice for me (thank you Darlene & Carol).  Leader’s Choice has provided me with the tools: dialogue, technique and process that I need on a daily basis to be in control of my business.  I know I am the only one in control of my attitude and time, “If it is to be, it is up to me”!  Aside from the tools, attitude and time management, I would have to say one of the most important things I have learned from Mark and Leader’s Choice is “listings are the way to the top”.  Before coming to Leader’s Choice Training I used to have the attitude that having a Buyers Agency was more important than having a Listing Agreement, wow, how INCORRECT I was.  However, that’s ok, because “today is a new day, a new life and a new beginning; let the future begin and leave the past behind and be the best me I can be”!

I just do not know where to begin on how much Leader’s Choice has helped me! The confidence boost alone has been awesome! I have three children and more quality time for kids, me, and clients. My buyer listings have quadrupled, I have one new seller listing coming next week as well. I would also say that numerous family emergencies have come up, but I have pushed through thanks Chris! My best story, as of now, is that I have two clients that are losing their housing due to landlord issues. We are negotiating their offers. Both should be in their homes by the end of June. The Leader men know how to help Moms especially!!! I THANK GOD everyday for Mark and Chris!!!

I would like to share with Mark a success story.  I was in the Detroit class.  I had hit a wall in my business and hadn’t closed a deal since November.  Since our class ended four weeks ago, I’ve leased one of my own listing (a double), sold another listing for full price with two offers, and had two buyers purchase, and it looks like we may be getting a short sale approved today – I hope.  It’s fun again.
