Someone told me once that the true definition of a leader is being able to lead people to places you have never been to!
The first day of a 9 week journey the Realtors from Ebby Halliday all embarked on yesterday in Dallas TX with Mark Leader at the wheel feels a journey across the Rubicon. I am not sure where we will all end up by I am sure that we will be better off than where we started from.
I am excited and nervous. I appreciated you taking the time lay out a strategic plan and help us build a solid foundation to begin our new career on. I am not new in this business and I have attended a lot of training events and I can tell you that you are one of the only trainings that I know of that conducts his lessons this way. Usually we sit down on the first day and start working a listing presentation or FSBO scripts, etc. I want to change old bad habits and recreate myself so that I am prepared for the future and this first day has given me the tools to do just that.
If the rest of the 9 weeks goes anything like the first round then I know that Ebby Halliday and the Realtors who are attending these sessions will be a force to reckon with. See you at the finish line!!!
