Mark – I continue to get rave reviews from agents and managers alike about your training, and I’m anxiously awaiting the final results! Perhaps we’ll do even better than Reece & Nichols! In fact, your name might become such a hot commodity here that we’ll be able to put another class together! Thank you for the breath of enthusiasm you and Cliff are bringing to our team! - Ty

My most pressing issue in real estate is generating enough leads to get more listings. I am trying to grow my business.

My most pressing issue in real estate is avoidance issues, which I am working on. Spending too much time on keeping deals together.

My most pressing issue in real estate is how to motivate myself to make phone calls. I am not comfortable calling people. I see that having listings is now the only way to go. We do not get the walkins we used to. Now we must have listings on internet sites to get phone calls from buyers. I have always worked with buyers mostly. This is very hard for me.

My most pressing issue in real estate is I guess it would be that I need more listings by going after FSBO’s and Expireds.

My most pressing issue in real estate is closing sellers and buyers.
Rennaye Miller
My most pressing issue in real estate is overcome pricing issues. Sellers are shocked when you show them how much their house is worth in today’s market.

Mark, my wife and myself had an opportunity to leave the industry for 3 years and travel due to my health reasons, we are now back and looking forward to the opportunities that are now available to us. I have come back with a 5 year commitment to be the very best that I can be. I have taken the course with Dwayne Groome a few times and did not apply myself fully and with the commitment and emotion that the course expects. Everything comes to us for a reason!
Thanks

My most pressing issue in real estate is short sales cropping up everwhere. Buyers still waiting for the bottom.

My most pressing issue in real estate is how to sell properties when prices are still going down. The buyers are waiting to buy so there is very little motivation. We have triple the listings we had last year at this time.
