Leader’s Choice is a remarkable program and Dwayne Groome is an outstanding trainer. The program teaches a sequential process for making presentations to the clients, which will enable me to get more and more listings as my confidence and experience increase.
The paramount thing I learned is about attitude. When one thing doesn’t work out, think “Next,” and select a new opportunity. Remain optimistic. Never quit. Another great thing to learn is to manage your professional time by doing productive activities, and to schedule in family time and personal time. In other words, be “IN CONTROL”. There are many more things that are incorporated as well, including handling objections, all of which were priceless. CDs are provided to enable effortless review of each lesson.
Dwayne presents the program in a sequential fashion and never allows himself to become sidetracked. It is fast-paced and stimulating, as he models techniques that I can incorporate into my practice. He is always fresh, dynamic, encouraging and positive.
This was an extremely valuable learning experience.

Dear Dwayne,
It has been my pleasure taking the Leader’s Choice Program under your guidance. I can truly say this program has given me a wealth of knowledge to use in my new career as a real estate associate.
I admit that I felt somewhat overwhelmed between the course and my new job at first. I wondered if I would be able to learn the material well enough to actually put it to practical use. Two days ago, while on a listing appointment, I got my answer.
I found myself saying things, quite naturally, the way we practiced in class. I also at one point caught myself answering a question opposite to the way we learned in class. Immediately that little voice in my head told me that Dwayne would not have been very happy to hear that answer!!
Obviously I have indeed learned the material well enough to apply my knowledge in different situations. I fell I have gained serveral years of “eperience” by taking this course. So, when someone asks me if they should take the course. I will give them the “puppy dog look” and say, “I would”.

As a returning student, I found the Leader’s Choice program exceptional. Having not bought into the program 100% the first time through, I was amazed to hear “new” information, only to be told by Dwayne Groome that nothing has changed since my first introduction to the “process”.
Dwayne Groome is an excellent trainer, always eager and enthusiastic about the lesson plan. What he calls “over-acting” actually works and his sense of humour fits in with real life.
Objection handling, time management, “The Process” and the CDs are invaluable in today’s Real Estate Market.
Being in control of my business, family life and personal time was only something I had heard about. Now I have the tools to stay in control, work fewer hours and take that listing if I choose.
