I met Mark Leader at an informational seminar in 2004. Mark began to talk about the Leader’s Choice real estate training program and posed several questions to the audience about their real estate business and how would they like to improve it. I started to believe that I could have the real estate business I wanted on my own terms.

I took the Leader’s Choice program and increase my income from $25,000 to $100,000 in the 1st year. The classes gave me the tools, skills and confidence to go after the listings, handle the objections and walk away from the bad deals. The course changed the direction of my real estate career and put me on a course for success. Thank you for the guidance Leader’s Choice.

I just wanted to let Mark know that in the begining of this year I took the Leader’s Choice real estate training course with Sherry Douglas in Ottawa.

My Sales were over 75,000 for this year and I am still going strong. She gave me awsome knowledgeable information and support (still gives) and I do read my daily dialogues, plus I have done some of the conference calls and I am planning on trying out the 1-800 number in the New Year as I feel it is an amazing tool. I have also purchased the FSBO presentation and The Silent Salesperson tools which I have not done yet, but will also put into action at the begining of the New Year.

MY GOAL for next year……to double this year. And I know I will.

Dear Mark,

Dwayne was a great teacher, both entertaining, and in getting points across . I’ve been licensed since June 29/2007, and I do wish this course had been recommended as soon as we received our diploma; there was so much I needed to learn. I was able to persuade a client to reduce her listing by $20,000 when I showed her the “Pricing Game” info. “The Cost Associated in Waiting” information helped me get a listing.

I really felt that I was spinning my wheels with my open houses. I love being able to tell customers that the client has requested they register before they view a home, and I’ve made a sign requesting other customers to “please wait while someone is viewing the home”.

Some of the material I learnt in Leader’s Choice training program will be with me forever.

Hi,
I am really enjoying the Mark Leader Class. It has given me the push I needed to get a jump start for next year. I am excited as I have another listing appt. tomorrow morning and I am anxious to put everything into motion again. It’s amazing how things do stick with you after listening to the CD’s over and over. I’m sure when I park my car across the street and “strut with confidence up to the door”, etc. I will go home with this listing.

I also appreciate how Mark, you share your personal experiences with us too. It makes things easier to relate to and know that we all face many like challenges and have to power to create positive outcomes if we stay focused and keep our attitudes positive. Before taking the Leader’s Choice Program, I did not know what to say to people to get their business and wasn’t very confident. I didn’t know how to demonstrate that I am worth full commission every time. The Program teaches you all the skills you need get as many buyer or seller listings as you want.
