Dear Leader’s:
Great Session 1!!! I am sure we are going on a fabulous journey together!
First, let me remind my three team leaders and assistants that we are meeting promptly at 9 AM Wednesday for our training.
For the rest of us, remember that we want to start on time so that we end on time. We have a great deal to cover, as session two is chock full of ideas and challenges. Be there or be square! See you all Wednesday! Click here to download Leader’s Light Session 1 JPG

Dear Leaders:
Positioning your company’s brand in a way that shows your unique marketing advantages wins the minds and hearts of your prospects. Put together your marketing presentation and practice each part until you are able to demonstrate the benefits of every portion. If you don’t believe you and your company are the right choice, no one will! The word for the week is PROSPECT! The FSBO’s and Expired’s need us!
Have a great day!
Chris Leader
Hello Gang!
Great enthusiasm in class this week. Now we have to carry the effort into activity (prospecting) and results this week. I know with your consistent application of what we are studying you will increase your income in 2008.
The Top Team, lead by Ronald Cuadra, had a 1.2 PPA average and 10 agents brought in 11 listings, SUPER!
The “Successfuls” set 23 appointments to lead the way in that category. Click here to download Leader’s Light Session 7 JPG

Hello again,
Time to shake it up and get to work. Our collective closing percentage was the lowest, so let’s review our notes and CDs for Sessions 3 & 4. Lot’s of follow up, and the lesson’s 7 & 8 (coming up this week) will help in overcoming any objections. Stay focused and positive. These next two weeks will help make next year a great year! Dear Leaders:
What an exciting session, chock full of vital steps to move the prospect from thinking of selling to the marketing presentation appointment. When you pay special attention to what was taught in this session, you’re going to raise your ratio of appointments attended to listings signed. That’s the key to real estate. Each week the stats will continue to climb. Go get ‘em! Click here to download Leader’s Light Session 2 PDF

Dear Leaders:
The first week of the program is behind us. By now you should be thinking like a Leader, focused on the highest priority activities and letting go of anything that might hold you back from being all that you can be. Use these Leader’s Lights as you review your homework assignments and the contents of the sessions. They contain key learning points. When you master these, you are well on your way to excellence!

Dear Leaders:
There are just two more sessions till graduation. The highest production in many programs happens between weeks 7-9. Why? Because most of the pieces of the success puzzle are already in place. You know what to do to separate productivity from activity, schedule an appointment when you want one and to handle objections like a pro. Practice makes perfect. We remember what we do most and forget what is neglected. If you are happy with your production to date, I am happy, too. If you need to do more, do it. Finish strong!

Dear Leaders:
Struggling against time can be an uphill, frustrating battle. If you felt that you were out of control and that your business was managing you instead of the other way around, you now have tools and techniques to take back control. Thoughts are things. If you make a decision to be in control, you will be. Every day you have a choice. You can embrace your day from abundance and gratitude, or you can focus on scarcity. Attitude is everything. How’s yours?
Make this the week that you surpass your best week to date. You’ve got the skills needed…Use them fully!
